My First Ever Post

Just wanted to start my first ever post on the holy week of Deepavali, thus bringing light to the quantum world. Itz 12:35 am (20th Oct, 09), in the silence of the night in rajahmundry, still awake, thinking how exactly to spend my rest of the holidays after which my usual, boring, unsatisfying life begins at my IT office.

Today (I meant yesterday 19th) me and my dad went to godavari to have a bath. Whenever I come to rajahmundry, I make it a point to take a bath in this holy river. We were welcomed by brahmins asking if we want to do some kind of ceremony in the river ghat. There were so many people taking bath at that time also. I thought only in the early mornings people come and take bath. But throughout the day, godavari has someone or the other taking bath in it. I almost spent an hour just swimming, or trying to swing rather (even though I donno swinning). My dad knows swinning, so he went for a round, giving me strict instructions not to cross an invisible line, which I also obeyed (as I am a good boy). One christian father had come with a group of people (obviously christians), and he was telling some kind of holy mantrams, keeping his hand on the forehead of the devotees and then making him dip reversely in the river. Some 10 times he might have done that to all the people. we even saw some other religious persons doing so many things there.
I thought, INDIA is one place where all there religions treat everything as gods creation.By the time we returned home, it was around 12:30 pm. My father had his lunch and left to office, as it was his second shift (B-shift, ).

Me and my mom sat for cleaning the house, trying to dispose off all old books in the house. My very thought of my house in rajahmundry, brings only the bedroom to my mind, coz thats the most dirtiest. Mom is a Physical Education Teacher (P.E.T.), in the same school me and my brother studied. No relation between those two (PET mom and dirty bedroom :)...).So there were soo many sports books lying around, which she was not ready to dispose off (she keeps telling that they were very difficult to get it again). She is so attached to all of these, obviously. There are some other things like a gaint suitcase and a sewing machine, gifted by my grand father to her. They occupy a lot of space, and I dont think she has used it over the years, but still, her sentiment saves them from being disposed.
My brother was here for deepavali, and it was really nice to have a family get-together. Missing him a lot, after he returned to college. He is doing his M.B.A in kancheepuram university. Just as I was fortunate for studying in Sri Sathya Sai University, he is also. At around 8'o clock, me and my mummy burst crackers (or cracked busters ), which were remaining and kept some for tommorrow.

At around 9:30 pm mum asked what to do for tomorrow's breakfast and I suggested pesarattu. Then she asked me to go and get onions, as it is the one which adds real taste to it. I went out to buy it. I bought it and when comming back I met one of my friends. He is a good friend of mine and is a barber, who has just finished his degree. Thats a great achievement for him even though he had to fight against some odds (taking care of fathers business, etc.,) to complete it. Covering many topics we landed in the business topic where both of our ideas seemed to match. Being completely unsatisfied by the IT industry (may be I haven't seen the actual), I was thinking of some real good business and a permanent government job so that I have some time to spend for myself and with my family. The first thing which came to his mind is having a big share in a BAR shop, which one of his friends owns. WOW. Thats ZING (ta daaaa.... Introducing a new word, "amazing" is hereafter termed as "..ZING..").

"Is this what I had wanted, and is this my first business partnership is going to end up in?", my good part of the brain asked me. Covering on many topics, we came to the internet business which is a gr8 hit in rajahmundry. After discussing some road matters, I left home, where I continued to dispose some more books, lying under the bed. It was already 01:00 am. So I went back to sleep.

I thinking of introducing all my family members in my next post.
